After verification, we'll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

You'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

5. Return Shipping

If the return is due to:

NavaraGoods will bear the return shipping cost wherever applicable.

For returns requested for any other eligible reason, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
